Do I book a room or the whole home?

Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, a Casa booking reserves the entire home shown in the listing.

How do I know a home is available?

Enter your destination, dates and guest count. Only homes available for the selected dates should be shown as bookable.

When is my booking confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed only after the required payment and after Casa sends a confirmation with a reservation number.

Can I host a party or occasion?

Only selected homes allow approved occasions. Submit the full plan before booking. Attendance, visitors, noise, suppliers and fees are property-specific.

Can more people attend than sleep at the property?

Only with prior written approval. Overnight capacity and occasion capacity are different and must never be exceeded.

Are children welcome?

Children are welcome at suitable homes. Add their correct ages when booking and review property-specific safety information.

Is housekeeping included?

Pre-arrival cleaning is included. Any cleaning during the stay depends on the property and rate shown. Additional housekeeping may be requested for a fee.

Can Casa arrange transport?

Yes, subject to availability. Provide the route, date, time, passenger count and luggage so Casa can confirm the vehicle and cost.

Can I stay for a month or longer?

Yes. Request an extended-stay quotation showing rent, deposit, utilities, housekeeping and cancellation terms.

Can my company open an account?

Casa can discuss agreed rates, invoicing and booking support for eligible organisations.

How do I list my property?

Complete the owner application. Casa reviews and inspects suitable homes before agreeing commercial terms or publishing a listing.

Does Casa provide medical care?

Casa may coordinate approved wellness or clinician support where available. It is not a hospital or emergency service.
