What happens after you submit

Owner completes a digital property-readiness questionnaire.
Casa creates a room-by-room gap list and recommended bill of quantities.
Owner buys a complete kit, selected items or approved equivalents.
Items are delivered and, where purchased, installed by qualified personnel.
Owner uploads dated photographs, product identifiers, receipts and certificates where required.
Casa conducts a physical or approved remote pre-inspection.
The property is either confirmed ready, given corrective actions or declined.
Casa records replacement dates and schedules quality reviews.

A product badge confirms the item meets a Casa specification. It does not certify that the building, installation or property is safe. Gas, electrical, fire, pool and security systems require competent assessment and any certificates required by law or an insurer.
